Prior to GeaCom Mat was on the management team of Kawaguchi America (a division of Kawaguchi Japan), president of Veldhiezen Group Inc. and contracted with many high tech fortune 500 companies such as Cargill, Honeywell, Medtronic and others.

Jeff is a seasoned lifelong entrepreneur that has been involved with over 11 different startups in the last 16 years in various market segments. He is a significant shareholder in several additional companies. One of these businesses has been included in the Inc 500 list of fastest-growing private companies in the U.S.

Cassandra Bachtell
Cassandra brings vast experience in organizing, planning and implementing programs and projects. She received her B.A. in Media Arts with minors in Psychology and Biology. She has 15 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing and has managed global partner programs focused around software distribution and support.

Art is a semi-retired scientist for 3M, whose most notable innovation is the now famous Post-it Note. He has a unique perspective born of almost 40 years of experience developing new products for the 3M Company, where he held the highest technical title of Corporate Scientist.

Rich Johnson
Rich spent over 30 years working as a research chemist, consultant, quality college instructor and more. He reached the upper management level at Cargill, helped form PCA policy, consulted internationally, worked on high security government projects and helped Cargill’s Resin Products Division move from obscurity to number 1 in the world.

Jim Oberstar
Jim Oberstar was a member of congress for 36 years and became the body's leading expert on transportation policy. He served as the senior Democrat on the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee for more than ten years and was elected chairman in 2007. Oberstar introduced Federal Aviation Administration Reauthorization legislation to improve airline passenger safety. He also played a vital role in passing the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.

Terrell has 39 years experience in medical device research and development, including 15 years as a Product Development Program Manager with Medtronic, Inc. He holds 38 key medical device patents, most of which have seen extensive commercial use.

Stephen Hadley, M.D. (Medical Advisory Board Member)
Stephen Hadley has over 30 years experience as a physician and rheumatologist and is currently working at Saint Lukes Hospital in Duluth, MN. Over the years he has participated in and held leadership positions in various professional societies and committees, including the Minnesota Medical Association (MMA) and Lake Superior Medical Society.
He is a current Fellow in the American College of Rheumatology and has also had several teaching positions at the University of Minnesota Duluth.

Mark is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist at the SMDC Health System in Duluth, MN. Dr. Grim also has experience working abroad and encountering language difficulties in health care.
