Research and Grant-Writing Intern
Term: Three months, with the possibility to continue in the fall semester
Job Description
GeaCom, Inc. is seeking an intern to support the company’s grant writing efforts. The research and grant-writing intern will be responsible for researching, prioritizing and applying for grants from a wide variety of governmental, private and public foundations and institutions. This is an ideal position for someone who is looking to get hands-on experience with the grant writing process and an understanding of the healthcare technology industry. The number of hours per week will vary and are flexible.
Skills/Qualifications/Experience
- Exceptional research and writing skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal oversight
- Previous grant writing experience is a plus.
